The history of Engraved Placards is this: A midwest contractor, Frank, started MidwestSafetySolutions years ago, providing top quality placards and labels for folks. Himself, a master electrician, had the need, and necessity is often the mother of invention. Frank decided that he wanted to really retire, now that he is really into his golden years. When Frank said he was closing up shop, I tried to find an outfit that would do what he did. After 2 months of searching and trying out different shops – I was frustrated beyond belief. So-so quality and expensive. I decided to get into the label business, hook, line, and wire nut. Bought up what Frank had left over for materials and equipment, and here we are. Certainly starting another business was not in the 5 year plan, but sometimes, you just gotta do it.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM MADE. SOME VARIATION IS EXPECTED IN THE PRINT AND TRIM PROCESS. DUE TO THE FLEXIBLE NATURE OF THE ADHESIVE, SOME SLIP DOES OCCUR DURING THE CLAMP / TRIM PROCESS – WE AIM TO MAINTAIN +/- 3% OF THE CUT SIDE. IF AN ITEM IS NOT SATISFACTORY, PLEASE LET ‘THE COMPANY’ KNOW FOR REMEDIATION. Warranty, Exclusive Remedy and Limitation of Liability – 3 MONTHS REPLACEMENT BY STAYSILLYCREATIONS OR ENGRAVED PLACARDS.COM (KNOWN AS ‘THE COMPANY’) FROM THE CONCLUSION OF THE PRINTING/ENGRAVING FOR ANY DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP IN ‘THE PRODUCT’. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. IN THE EVENT OF ANY BREACH OF THE WARRANTY, ‘THE COMPANY’ LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO, AT ‘THE COMPANY’ OPTION, EITHER REPAIRING OR REPLACING ‘THE PRODUCT’ IN QUESTION OR REPAYING OR GRANTING A CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMER. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY SECTION ARE THE CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, IN THE EVENT THAT THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY STATED HEREIN NOT APPLY, IN NO EVENT WILL ‘THE COMPANY’ BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL (TO INCLUDE LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE), SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR WILL ‘THE COMPANY’ BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE COST OF ‘THE PRODUCT’ FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter addressed herein. This agreement supersedes all prior communications, contracts, or agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed in this Agreement, whether oral or written and the Customer agrees that ‘THE COMPANY’ has made no promises regarding the performance or longevity of the product.
